Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly Membership
Cancel any time from your account page — you’ll keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, and won’t be charged again. Refunds are available within 7 days of a charge if you haven’t used Work It With Me during that period.
Semester Pass
A one-time payment covering four months of access, with no automatic renewal. Refundable within 7 days of purchase.
Founding Lifetime Access
A one-time payment for permanent Med Math Lab access. Refundable within 7 days of purchase.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. A refund revokes the associated membership access.
